All memberships are billed monthly in AUD and can be cancelled at any time. Every consultation is with an AHPRA‑registered doctor, and all care is provided only where clinically appropriate at the doctor's discretion.

All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Fees cover the doctor's consultation and time; they are not a charge for any medicine, and not a guarantee that a certificate, referral or prescription will be issued.

Billing Policy

Mixed‑Billing Service

Bulk Billing Available For:

  • Children under 16
  • Pensioners (Pensioner Concession Card)
  • Healthcare Card holders (HCC)
  • DVA Gold card holders

Gap fees apply for standard consultations. After‑hours and weekend appointments may incur private fees. Eligibility is confirmed at booking.

Bulk Billing

$0 out‑of‑pocket

for eligible patients (children under 16, pensioners, HCC and DVA Gold card holders)

Medicare rebates apply where eligible. Bulk billing is a separate pathway to membership and pay‑per‑visit — eligibility is confirmed at booking.

Payment Methods

Medicare

We accept all valid Medicare cards. Provide your Medicare number at booking. Bulk billing is applied for eligible patients.

Credit/Debit Card

All major cards accepted through our secure payment system. Payment is processed at the time of booking or after your consultation.

Private Health

Some private health insurers offer rebates for telehealth. We provide itemised receipts so you can claim where eligible.

Important Billing Information

Bulk Billing Eligibility

Available for eligible Medicare card holders: pensioners, Healthcare Card holders, DVA Gold card holders and children under 16. Eligibility is confirmed during booking.

Medicare Safety Net

Once your out‑of‑pocket costs reach the Medicare Safety Net threshold, you may receive higher Medicare rebates for further consultations in that calendar year.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a telehealth consultation, and 24 hours' notice for a home visit. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee.

Receipts & Invoices

You'll receive an itemised receipt with relevant Medicare item numbers after each consultation, sent automatically by email for your claim.

Provider Numbers

Our doctors hold valid Medicare provider and prescriber numbers, included on your documentation for claiming and your records.
